What is the percentage of European countries being able to handle toilet paper in toilet, while other European countries can't handle toilet paper in toilet? Some of them sewage system are not so apt to even accept any toilet paper. How many European countries are able to deal with flushing toilet paper down the toilet without clogging because if you goto Europe some of the buildings might have narrowed up drain pipes and that you want to avoid because of plumbing surprises.
And also if you go by or follow what most of the people do would that help and reduce the risk of clogging up toilets?
